How long does medication take to be delivered?

As of the last update to this page, the pharmacies are taking 2-3 weeks from order date until delivery of medication. Please take this into account when requesting a refill and plan accordingly.
Can you send me a copy of my blood work results?

We cannot send medical records via email. A patient can access his labs via their patient portal found at the top of our website, elevatewellnessgroup.com.
How do I administer my medication?

Injectable medication administration varies by medication. Please visit the knowledge based section of our website and watch video number 68 for testosterone administration. Video 43 will instruct on reconstitution of lyophilized (powder) medications. You can find these videos here.
When/how do I receive my requisition for blood work?

Telemedicine patients will receive an email requisition about 7-10 days before labs are due. Please also check your spam email. If your labs are not performed as scheduled, your refills will be delayed.

When am I due for blood work follow up?

Initial follow up after starting TRT with us (even for transfers) is typically 8 weeks after initial treatment begins. Follow ups after that are at the discretion of your medical provider and will be communicated to you at the time of your consultation. Please book your calendar accordingly.
How do I cancel services?

Email your patient care coordinator and refer to your original signed documents for the cancellation policy.
What are your office hours?

The NJ office which handles nationwide telemedicine is open 9-5 daily except for weekends. On Wednesdays we are open from 12-8. We are closed for some federal holidays or weather conditions. Emailing your PCC is always the preferred method of communication.
How do I communicate with my provider/Can I have the provider's email?

How long does it take to get a consultation?

Times will vary by workload. We have seen anywhere from several days up to several weeks during busy times. Please be patient. Your health is important to us and we want to ensure fairness to all scheduled patients.
Are my results in yet?

You can check your patient portal. Rest assured that when the office receives your lab results, we will reach out to you in order to schedule a lab review.
Can I get more syringes?

Syringes are provided as a courtesy. In the event you run out of them early, feel free to use websites listed below to order more. (We have no affiliation with them)

Some pharmacies send tracking information and others do not. Please do not call the office to request one. We do not have them. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery before reaching out to inquire.
How do I track my package?
I am in California, can you treat me?

Yes, we can. Keep in mind that the pharmacy board in California makes it very difficult for you to receive customized compounded medications. As a result, treatment options are limited and we are forced to order name brand drugs only. This bears an additional cost. It is a State issue and not related to our clinic. Speak with your patient counselor for details.
Can I get more syringes?

We treat women for peptides and medical weight loss solutions. We do not treat women for hormone therapy.
